A regular meeting of the board of trustees of 91制片厂 was held on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. in the 91制片厂 Administration building boardroom.

All Trustees were present, except Alan Waters.

Board Items of Interest

The following positions were approved:

  • Kayla Molnar was approved for the position of College Connections Advisor in the Recruitment Department
  • Theophilus Boye was approved for the position of Math faculty in the Mathematics Department.

Approval for a Request a Change Order Proposal for the renovations of the Math/Science Building as identified in the Master Plan to Contract 20-29 was awarded to Austin Commercial.

PKB presented a Fine Arts Building Addition/Renovation Design Update.

was presented by Dr. Rocky Barney, Dean of Instruction and Dr. Jerry Fliger, Vice President for Instruction.

All other were unanimously approved.

The board adjourned for an executive session.  Upon reconvening, the Board voted to accept the report presented by their Internal Auditors, Weaver and Associates.
