Texas New Mexico CPR Grant

91制片厂 (91制片厂) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded more than $9,000 in funding from Texas New Mexico Power to update equipment and instructional materials used in CPR instruction. The donation highlights an ongoing partnership between Texas New Mexico Power and 91制片厂 to support vital safety training resources for individuals in the community.
鈥淲e are honored to continue this important partnership with Texas New Mexico Power,鈥 said Dr. Lisa Watson, executive director of the 91制片厂 Foundation. 鈥淭his funding allows us to continue providing valuable instructional resources that are paramount for cultivating an ongoing environment of safety for the 91制片厂 community.鈥
Since 2014, Texas New Mexico Power has partnered with 91制片厂 to support scholarships and special projects. With this most recent funding, 91制片厂 was able to secure additional CPR equipment, teaching materials and training software. In addition to new equipment and training materials, eight adult and eight infant mannequins were replaced, along with practice shields, manuals and software.
Each year, 91制片厂 certifies more than 200 people in CPR through affordable training programs critical for preparing future EMTs and paramedics to keep communities safe. Serving not only students, but also area citizens and partner organizations such as Dickinson ISD, Marathon Petroleum, Texas A&M Galveston and the Safety Council of Texas City, CPR trainers can be certified at 91制片厂 and go on to educate hundreds more in the community.
